Why owning is better than renting

I hope this gives you an idea of how to buy and get out of renting and why renting is a bad idea. First of all, when you rent you are giving your money to someone else, it is plain and simple. You are building equity for your landlord when you could be building your own. Would you take $20 out of your pocket and give it to me for nothing or would you rather take that $20 and invest it in something?

With the price of condo’s in the city it costs you just as much to build your own equity instead of building someone else’s by renting. It is very easy to buy your own property and there are lots of ways to achieve this! Some lenders will even give you the downpayment, so YOU DON’t EVEN NEED A DOWNPAYMENT TO BUY YOUR OWN HOUSE!!!!!! They will make it apart of the mortgage. Get someone to co-sign for you, buy a place and anticipate a renter, these are just a few of the things that can help you get financing. Heck, buy a house with a friend who is also renting, build your equity together. I can not stress how easy it is to get out of renting. There is a real sense of pride with owning your own property and I want everyone to be able to experience that beautiful feeling. I want to show you how to keep your money in YOUR pocket.

A big question I am asked is about re-sale value. People are scared to buy into things because the real estate market is very volatile and dynamic and house value fluctuates quite a bit. Would you rather give away all your money or keep half of it, how about 1/3 of it? Even if the market dips and you lose on your home, you still get something out of it, you get something back. When you rent it is all gone and you never see it again.
