He genuinely loves real estate and, although he is very experienced with rural & resort real estate surrounding Last Mountain Lake, he also specializes in residential real estate in Regina & all surrounding areas. Gerald and his wife Donna have lived in Saskatchewan all of their lives until moving to Nova Scotia in 2007. After 10 wonderful years in the Maritimes, they decided it was time to move back and picked Buena Vista, SK as their new home.Gerald spent 8 years as a REALTOR® in Prince Albert, and then joined a real estate auction company where he worked until 2007. He also owned and operated an auction company and real estate brokerage in Nova Scotia from 2007 until their move back to Saskatchewan in 2017.Over the years, Gerald has held a Broker’s license in Saskatchewan, Alberta & Nova Scotia and has sold farmland, commercial, industrial, residential, and resort properties in all 3 provinces as well as Manitoba, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, and Quebec. John has recently joined C&C Realty as a REALTOR® and is excited to work with our great team of individuals. John grew up in Lumsden before moving to Saskatoon to attend university. After completing university, John worked in the public education system as well as obtained his Journeyman Carpenter certification. In 2021, John went full circle, moving back to his hometown with his family of 4. While every community has its advantages, John loves living in the beautiful town of Lumsden where he enjoys spending time with family, walking his dog, and biking.
