Kathleen is a Regina native who traded city life for the beauty and tranquillity of lake living at Katepwa Lake. She has been an entrepreneur for over 27 years, having successfully run her own businesses, from bringing the ‘Softub’ hot tub brand to the province to managing a 24/7/365 major truck stop in Regina. Her career has always been customer service-oriented, and her transition into the real estate industry was a natural progression after moving permanently to the lake.

Kathleen is a DIY enthusiast who has spent years renovating and decorating her own homes. This experience inspired her to branch into real estate in 2011, sparking a career that has become a true passion. She loves viewing homes with her clients and guiding them through the intricate process of buying or selling. Kathleen says there is no greater reward than seeing the dreams of a first-time homebuyer, a growing family, or those purchasing a cottage or lake house come true. When not working with clients, Kathleen can be found on the pontoon boat with friends, playing pickleball, hosting Rider game watch parties on her deck, or traveling to destinations near and far. Quiet time means a good book or tending to her flowerbeds and garden, which she finds endlessly rewarding. Kathleen is also an active member of the Katepwa Lions Club, supporting community improvement projects, and volunteers at the MidSummer’s Art Festival in Fort Qu’Appelle, where she previously served on the board for five years.
