C&C Realty SMS & Text Messaging Terms and Conditions

These SMS and Text Messaging Terms and Conditions (“SMS Terms”) govern the provision and use of the Short Message Service (SMS) and text messaging programs offered by C&C Realty (referred to herein as “C&C Realty,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
1. Acceptance of Terms
By opting into or engaging in any text message communication with C&C Realty, you agree to be bound by these SMS Terms and the C&C Realty Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use or engage in our SMS services.
2. Program Description and Opt-In Consent
C&C Realty offers its clients and prospects informational and promotional text messages related to real estate services (the “SMS Program”).
Purpose of Messages: Messages may include, but are not limited to:
- Property alerts and listings that match your search criteria.
- Appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups for property viewings.
- Responses to your direct inquiries about C&C Realty services or specific properties.
- Information regarding changes to viewing schedules or status updates.
Opt-In Process: You provide express consent to receive recurring automated and manual text messages from C&C Realty by completing any of the following actions:
- Submitting a web form on our website (https://ccrealty.ca/) that includes a checkbox explicitly referencing these SMS Terms and asking for consent.
- Texting a specific keyword (e.g., START or INFO) to our designated phone number (+1 306-351-9111).
- Verbally confirming consent to a C&C Realty agent.
3. Message Frequency and Costs
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interaction and requests for information. It will vary depending on your activity, search criteria, and direct interaction with our agents. Cost: Message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for any charges imposed by your wireless carrier.
4. Opt-Out (STOP) and Support (HELP) Instructions
You can revoke your consent at any time by following these instructions:
- To Opt-Out: Text the keyword STOP to our designated number (+1 306-351-9111). You will receive a final confirmation message that your opt-out request has been processed, and you will no longer receive messages from that 10DLC number.
- For Assistance: Text the keyword HELP to our designated number (+1 306-351-9111) for contact information and instructions.
- Contact Information: You may also call our office directly or email us at admin@ccrealty.ca for support.
5. Privacy
C&C Realty respects your privacy. We will only use information provided by you to transmit your mobile messages and manage the SMS Program. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or text message content with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data may be shared with mobile service providers only to the extent necessary for the SMS Program to function and with other vendors necessary to provide the requested real estate services (e.g., scheduling software providers).
6. Mandatory Carrier Disclaimer
The following disclaimer is mandatory for compliance:
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Warranty and Liability
C&C Realty is not liable for any delays in the receipt of any SMS message, as delivery is subject to effective transmission from your mobile network provider. The SMS Program is provided on an “as is” basis. You agree to indemnify C&C Realty against any claim, damage, or expense resulting from your use of the SMS Program.
8. Age Restriction
You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in the C&C Realty SMS Program.
Mobile Terms of Service Summary

1. Program Description: C&C Realty provides real estate brokerage services. Through our SMS program, we provide property listing details, schedule viewing appointments, send market updates, and provide transaction status updates to active buyers and sellers who have opted-in to receive communications.
2. User Opt-In: Users opt-in to receive SMS communications by providing their phone number through our website forms (including our Contact and Consent forms). By submitting a form, you agree to receive recurring automated and personal interactive messages from C&C Realty at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
3. Cancellation (Opt-Out): You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to +1 306-351-9111. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
4. Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at admin@ccrealty.ca.
5. Carrier Disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. Rates and Frequency: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your interaction and requests for information. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
