Uplands in Regina is a northern neighbourhood which is a well-established as a quiet family-oriented area that is home to three elementary schools. This area is located in close proximity to the Northgate Mall, which offers a Safeway, Shopper’s Drug Mart, a Lowe’s home building centre, and much more as as well as all of the amenities that North Albert Street has to offer. Here you will find plenty of restaurants, fast food chains, grocery stores, hardware stores, gas stations, banks, coffee shops, clothing stores, salons, retail and convenience stores, and more. There is also a small strip mall located nearby at Broad St. & 9th Ave. N. with a convenience store, hair salon, florist, and a restaurant.

Low volume of traffic in this residential neighbourhood!

Uplands is located in the North West corner of the city resulting in very little through traffic to the area, although, there are many convenient in’s and out’s to this area. The primary access is straight up Broad St N but there are 3 other accesses, one of which leads to Ring Road, as well as easy access to McDonald St. which leads you straight to the #46 highway.

Residents of Uplands are mainly people who work in the north end of the city. This area also provides an easy route to central & downtown Regina via Broad Street as well as being located close to the city’s Ring Road to connect with other areas.

Tucked away but still close to what you need.

Uplands is an ideal place for both new and growing families.

Mount Pleasant Sport Park is a major sports facility located in the southern part of the community. It offers baseball, softball, football, soccer, and tennis courts.

A speed skating oval, toboggan hill, and informal walking paths are also located here! Other open space is also allocated throughout the community providing many recreational opportunities, play structures, and outdoor skating rinks.
