The biggest features of the area include parks and bike paths as well as the Royal Regina Golf Club. This is a club that you can golf at and go to for dinner/lunch with or without a membership. They host various events and have rooms available for rent for your own events and celebrations.

Home to Regina’s private school.

The area is home to Luther College, Regina’s private high school. The school is directly located next to Optimist Field which features baseball diamonds and a well taken care football field. Across the street there is a daycare, corner store and Regina’s artisan poutine palace, Coney Island. Luther is known for its high quality education and is still a competitive school for sports as well.

Easy access to Lewvan/Pasqua.

The neighbourhood is located on two major arteries that will connect you to any part of the city with ease. Dewdney runs straight through Regina’s downtown but head West and you’ll hit Pinkie Rd. Pinkie Rd. is soon going to offer direct access to the “Hub” to get to Highway #11 to Saskatoon or Trans Canada #1. This is also where you’ll find the First Nation’s Saulteaux Junction Gas & Convenience Store which offers discounted gas prices for all.

 The Pioneer Village area is ideal in terms of proximity to the Pasqua Hospital for employees and offers safe and comfortable living.
