Eastview is located close to Regina’s Downtown. It is an older area made up of older homes.
This neighbourhood is less safe than others, this has a lot to do with its proximity to Regina’s downtown core. Unfortunately, Eastview doesn’t have much to directly offer for amenities and, although has easy enough access to ring road, really does feel tucked away in Regina. That being said it isn’t the worst area by any means but it isn’t one of Regina’s best either.

This area is located directly beside Regina’s Warehouse District. It’s proximity to the warehouse district and downtown core of the city mean that it is only minutes away from many amenities, although, once again, you really aren’t going to find much IN Eastview. As many areas in Regina, Eastview too is starting to show signs of improvement and we hope to see it continue to grow.
