Dieppe Place is located in the northwest area of Regina. This area is located adjacent to the RCMP depot & barracks and is ideal for anyone working at the barracks. It is made up of mostly older single-family homes but has seen some new developments over the past couple of years; most notable are the two-level townhomes with garages located directly on McCarthy Boulevard. This area is also convenient for anyone commuting to Belle Plaine or Moose Jaw for work and is soon to have very close access to Regina’s new Global Hub, allowing you to get in and out of the city with a breeze.

Parks, Restaurants, and walking paths!

This area no longer has its own elementary school but is very close to many others. best feature of this area is the A. E. Wilson park with walking/biking path surrounding it. It has smaller little islands as well as plenty of benches and play structures. The path connects throughout all the major parks in the city. There is also a seasonal waterpark that is perfect for those lazy days of summer with the family. There is also a small strip mall with a corner store, gas station, and restaurants!

A little piece of history.

Back in 1960, this neighbourhood was created to recognize war veterans. Dieppe Place was named in honour of those who fought at Dieppe in World War II. Veterans were offered half acre lots at affordable rates provided that they built homes on the lot and lived in them. Today many of Dieppe’s residents are the families of those veterans. Dieppe Place is a quiet neighbourhood perfect for families and first time homebuyers. It is also great for those individuals who love spending time outdoors. This area also features an ice arena, making it appealing for hockey families.
