Churchill downs is another Regina neighbourhood located in the north end of the city, right off of broad street north and neighbours areas such as cityview and uplands.
This area is mostly made up of older homes and condominiums with the odd newer structure. You will find a mix of well maintained properties and some that haven’t been kept up as well. This area may be little less safe at night but you may find that many of the positivs outweigh the negatives. Don’t get us wrong! We are trying to provide honest information on Regna’s areas, naturally some areas in cities are safer than others.
