Chris Parrott was born and raised in Regina, but his family also had a farm, allowing him to enjoy the best of both worlds: city life and every opportunity he could to help on the farm. Those years gave him firsthand appreciation for the hard work, dedication, and pride that define Saskatchewan’s farm families, which shine through when he helps his clients buy and sell real estate. Although his own family has since retired from farming, Chris still jumps at any chance to get back in a tractor, combine, or semi to help friends during the busy seasons.

Before entering real estate, Chris built a strong foundation in home renovations and construction through hands-on work installing windows, pouring concrete, and framing homes. He began his real estate career in the spring of 2005 and has since guided clients through Residential, Farm, Acreage, and Commercial transactions. His approach has always been simple: listen closely, answer questions honestly, and offer a no-pressure experience from start to finish. Whether you’re buying a new home in Regina, picking up a new waterfront property at the lake, or selling the family farm, Chris is an easy choice!

Chris is known for going above and beyond, whether that’s sharing trusted professional recommendations or lending out his enclosed trailer to help clients with moves or renovations. Outside of real estate, Chris enjoys working on his classic truck, fishing, getting outdoors with his son on quads or snowmobiles, and spending time at the rink watching his goalie son or coaching youth baseball.
