Broders Annex is located in Regina’s downtown/south area. Here you will find mostly older homes and the area is both well-maintained and not. This area is very close to Regina’s General Hospital and has been under scrutiny as areas directly surrounding hospitals can be a little less desirable and not very safe, especially at night. The closer you are to College Ave. the safer the ares seems to get.
Don’t get us wrong! If you live here our goal isn’t to tarnish your neighbourhood, we are simply trying to provide honest information on Regna’s areas and naturally some areas in cities are safer than others. Broders Annex has many positives!

The area  home to a couple of community schools, the most notable being the newly built Arcola Community School. Broders Annex also features many local restaurants and is home to Regina’s famous Milky Way ice cream parlour. There is also a trendier area developing close by – this area has a local brewery, one of the best coffee shops in the city, and the Hunter Gatherer Vegetarian Diner!

Broders Annex is also located directly by two good high schools, Balfour Collegiate and Miller Comprehensive, offering an easy commute for students as it is within walking distance.

A great place for first time home buyers as well as those looking to purchase a revenue property.

Due to the primary build style here, most of the homes located here are small bungalows that have a rear entrance to a small landing which leads upstairs or straight downstairs; this makes these homes perfect for up-down rental units!
