Gerald and his wife Donna have lived in Saskatchewan all of their lives until moving to Nova Scotia in 2007. After 10 wonderful years in the Maritimes, they decided it was time to move back and picked Buena Vista, SK as their new home. Gerald spent 8 years as a REALTOR® in Prince Albert, and then joined a real estate auction company where he worked until 2007. He also owned and operated an auction company and real estate brokerage in Nova Scotia from 2007 until their move back to Saskatchewan in 2017. Over the years, Gerald has held a Broker’s license in Saskatchewan, Alberta & Nova Scotia and has sold farmland, commercial, industrial, residential, and resort properties in all 3 provinces as well as Manitoba, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, and Quebec. Gerald will be specializing in agricultural, commercial, industrial, and rural/resort properties. Sellers can rely on him to provide them with a detailed evaluation of their property, along with a creative and tailor-made marketing plan. Both buyers and sellers will benefit from his extensive experience in high-level, high-value negotiations. In his spare time, Gerald enjoys ‘building things’ while brushing up on his carpentry skills. He and his wife both really enjoy the country lifestyle!
